Compassionate telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Florida — including those who serve. Real support, wherever you are in your journey.
I am very pleased with the counseling I’ve received from Rebecca. She’s patient, kind and understanding as I express my thoughts and concerns while coping with life situations.
I have been seeing Rebecca for a little more than 2 years. As my therapist, she has helped me navigate my anxiety, OCD, self‑worth and overall mental health.
It’s awesome to know, when I have a concern, that Rebecca is going to enlighten the situation with clarity, focus and strength.
I am really grateful how Rebecca has helped me understand, cope with and see life in a way that’s clearer.
I feel very appreciative of Mrs. Rebecca and the care she provides. She truly listens, which makes me feel seen. I’m grateful for the impact she’s had on my growth.
Rebecca Zaccheo is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern offering telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Florida. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus in Psychology from Wayland Baptist University.
Services are provided under the supervision of Amanda Timonere.
Her clinical training spans a wide range of settings — from intensive outpatient programs and inpatient behavioral health services, to private practice and military community-coordinated care. This breadth gives her a grounded, adaptable approach that meets clients where they actually are, not where a textbook says they should be.
Rebecca has deep knowledge of military culture and the unique pressures that come with service. She understands deployment cycles, reintegration stress, and the quiet weight that service members and their families often carry without acknowledgment. Whether you're currently serving, recently separated, a veteran, a parent looking to support their child, or a family member trying to hold it all together — you'll find her to be a therapist who genuinely gets it.

Areas of specialization include:
All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth — giving you flexible, private access to care.
One-on-one sessions for adults and adolescents (ages 12+). We'll work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and whatever else you're carrying — at a pace that works for you. Evening and weekend appointments available.
Specialized couples work to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond. Rebecca has specific training in couples modalities — including support for military couples navigating deployment and reintegration. Both partners join from a single secure link.
Helping families improve dynamics, communication, and connection. Especially beneficial for military families navigating frequent moves, deployment separations, and homecoming transitions. Flexible family scheduling available.
Evidence-based approaches for processing trauma, PTSD, and adverse life experiences — including combat-related trauma, military sexual trauma, and childhood adversity. Rebecca provides a safe, grounded space for this work.
For clients of all ages who benefit from creative pathways — art, writing, music, and movement — to process emotions that words sometimes can't reach. Especially effective with adolescents and trauma survivors.
Dedicated support for active duty service members, veterans, and military families. Rebecca brings deep cultural competency and genuine respect for the service community to every session. Telehealth makes care accessible wherever you're stationed (Florida residency required).
Steadfast Resolve is a self-pay practice. No insurance is accepted — this keeps your records private and removes prior authorization barriers between you and care.
For adults and adolescents ages 12+. Evening and weekend appointments available via telehealth.
Relational work for partners. Initial intake sessions may run slightly longer.
Tailored to the size and complexity of your family unit. Fee discussed at intake.
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a written estimate of expected costs before your first appointment. This will be provided at intake. Payment is collected at time of service. A sliding scale — meaning a reduced session fee based on your financial situation — is available upon request for clients who need therapy but cannot afford the standard rate. Reach out to discuss what works for you.
